Another nuisance

Well, my computer screen has gone haywire. It's turned dark as all hell, and it nearly makes it impossible for me. to see. Unfortunately this will make the release of issue 2 to be delayed yet again. I need to buy a new computer screen, and even then I am unsure if that's the actual problem, for all I know my entire computer is messed up, and replacing it won't take place for at least a half year, or more.

Problems

Personal probs have struck home.

It is now highly doubtful that I will finish the backgrounds by the end of THIS weekend, there is no ETA on them at the moment, but April will still have results being shown, so at least there's that.

This weekend

I will try to finish up the backgrounds, there's a good chance that I might not finish them this week, and I will do my best to keep that from happening.

Backgrounds

So far I finished drawing the pages in a few days ago. Now I just have to finish drawing the backgrounds for each panel, I'm a few pages in already, and I should have the backgrounds done by next week. I'll probably have the pages scanned in two weeks, and I'll post up a page or two of the penciled drawings. As I've said before, I will bust out the colors and everything else through a digital tablet that I'll be buying in April. Sometime around there I'll post up one of the colored pages and hopefully have issue 2 finished by the end of that month.

Progress is going slow, but smooth.

So far I have drawn about 9 out of 22 pages for issue 2. Been going at it slow, but it has to be that way. I am mainly drawing the characters in, after that I'll draw in the back grounds before sending it off to the scanner to color and touch up. I'm hoping that by the end of this month I either finish drawing the characters in, or at least get very close to doing so.

 By mid-march I plan to have the backgrounds drawn in, and sometime later in the month I will scan the pages. Come April I should at least have a few pages colored in and I'll be posting those. Hopefully by the end of April I will have issue 2 posted up, if not, then for sure I will have it up by early May.
